Magic V Affiliate & Ambassador Policy

Welcome to the Magic V™ (“the Company,” “Magic V,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Affiliate & Ambassador Program.

These Terms govern the relationship between Magic V and each Affiliate (“you,” “Creator,” or “Influencer”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Creator Guidelines provided upon approval.

1. Enrollment & Acceptance

1.1 By applying to and participating in the Magic V Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1.2 Magic V reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
1.3 You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
1.4 You must provide accurate and complete onboarding information, including legal name, tax details (if required), payment information, and contact information.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Commission Rates. Commission rates are determined by the Magic V Affiliate Team and may vary based on performance, audience engagement, platform, and promotional alignment.

2.2 Rate Adjustments. Magic V reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and will include the effective date.

2.3 Performance Incentives. From time to time, Magic V may offer bonus incentives, tiered structures, or limited-time promotional increases at our discretion.

3. Payout Terms

3.1 Payout Schedule. Commissions are paid monthly, typically during the first week of each month. Timing may vary.

3.2 Payment Method. Payments will be issued via the payment method selected in your affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for keeping payment details current.

3.3 Taxes. Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings.

4. Order Eligibility & Lock Period

4.1 Eligible Orders. Commissions are earned only on qualifying orders that:

  • Are at least 30 days past the order date

  • Have been successfully processed and shipped

  • Have not been refunded, disputed, canceled, or returned

4.2 Ineligible Orders. No commission will be paid on canceled, refunded, chargeback, or fraudulent orders.

4.3 Future Eligibility. Orders that become eligible after a payout cutoff date will be included in the following payout cycle.

5. Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout threshold is $10.00 USD (or as otherwise stated in your affiliate dashboard). Balances below the threshold will roll over until the minimum is met.

6. Affiliate Tracking & Links

6.1 You will receive a unique affiliate tracking link and/or code.
6.2 It is your responsibility to ensure your link or code is used correctly.
6.3 Magic V is not responsible for commissions lost due to incorrect link usage.

7. Prohibited Activities

To protect our brand integrity and community, the following are strictly prohibited:

7.1 Self-Referral. You may not use your own affiliate link or code for personal purchases.

7.2 Fraudulent Activity. Artificial traffic generation, fake sales, bot traffic, misleading discount promotion, or system manipulation will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

7.3 Trademark Bidding. You may not bid on Magic V trademarked terms (e.g., “Magic V,” “Magic V Care,” or variations) in paid advertising campaigns without written approval.

7.4 Misleading Claims. You may not make false, exaggerated, medical, or disease-related claims about Magic V products.

8. Promotion Guidelines & Content Standards

8.1 Creator Guidelines. You must comply with all Magic V Creator Guidelines provided upon enrollment. These may be updated at any time.

8.2 Authentic Representation. Content must reflect your honest experience and personal opinion.

8.3 No Medical Claims. Magic V products are wellness and cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You may not state or imply that our products:

  • Cure infections

  • Treat medical conditions

  • Replace prescription medication

8.4 FTC Disclosure. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines. Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and placed before links or calls to action.

Examples include:

  • “Paid partnership with Magic V”

  • “I earn commission from this link”

Hidden disclosures or buried hashtags are not acceptable.

9. Regulatory Compliance

Magic V operates in compliance with federal and state laws governing cosmetics and dietary supplements.

9.1 If any content you create violates applicable laws, FTC guidelines, platform policies, or our Creator Guidelines, you must remove the content within 24 hours of notification.

Failure to comply may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

10. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

10.1 You may use Magic V trademarks, logos, and approved brand materials only as authorized.

10.2 You may not alter, modify, or misrepresent Magic V branding.

10.3 All intellectual property remains the sole property of Magic V.

10.4 Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of all Magic V brand assets.

11. Program Termination or Suspension

Magic V reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Regulatory non-compliance

  • Content that damages brand reputation

  • Any other reason at our discretion

Termination is effective immediately upon written notice.

12. Affiliate Voluntary Termination

You may withdraw from the program at any time by contacting the Magic V Affiliate Team in writing.

13. Miscellaneous

This Policy supplements Magic V’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, our general Terms of Service shall govern.

Magic V reserves the right to update this Affiliate Policy at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.
